- How soon can I receive my goods?
All orders will ship out from 1luckybride Company (Shanghai, China). After We received your payment, we'll have 21-25 business days to process your order, (Custom-made items need 25-35 business days). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 3-7 business days for EMS/TNT/DHL Delivery to reach your hand. And you will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped .
Please note If you choice EMS/ TNT/DHL, Your phone No. is required. Item must be received and sign by the people in the address. EMS or TNT/DHL will call you in case of that they can not find people in the address and they never leave the item in front of your door. They will send it back after 2 or 3 times delivery. We encourage you to leave you phone No. to increase safety and avoid delay of shipping. - We do not accept returns for any custom Cut gowns.
- We do have 14 days money back guarantee for standard size order. If you are not satisfy with the quality and dress not fit for you.
- Refund would subject to $75 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
- Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
- Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
- Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box.
- All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of ARN. if we not received dress in 7 days, we will can't accept any return.
- Refund only after the return package is received.
- No exchange to another size because you are required to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order.
- Please provide your measurements and special require by our Meaurement guide exactly, that's very important.
